| Dear Wine Safari Friends,
And some of you I can call all ready FANS.
For as I am convinced that people can learn a lot about winetasting as I have notified during my sessions with my Wine Safari guests, I wanted to enlarge this with a program where food is also very important.
End of the season, second week of October until beginning November, I provide a program where people stay for 5 days in a Bed a Breakfast.
Sundays arrival in the afternoon, monday and tuesday visits of different wine regions , wednesday -day off, thursday and friday visit wine regions, saturday morning departure.
By every evening that you come home , you will have a menu especially for the wines tasted that day and we talk seriously about wines matching the food, sometimes accompanied by the winemaker himself. For such a week I need a group of min 6 participants. The price is 1000 euro pers person. This includes everything:6 nights sleeping,6x breakfast,4x lunch, 6x diner included wine and coffee (exclusive is transport to the B and B and personal expences) . | |
