Sharpen your taste
A unique gastronomic experience in the southern Rhone valley (Provence). In a 3 or 5 day program you will discover the different wine regions and villages, meet the producters and in the evening you get a meal adapted on the wines that you have tasted throughout the day.
How to taste? what kind of food matches with what king of wine? what are the influences of acididy, sugar, peppery and salty on my wine? Different styles of kitchen and texture goes with what kind of food?
This wil be brought to you at L'Auberge du Vin run by Mrs Linda Field, WSET certified wine teacher, in Mazan at the foot of the beautiful Mont Ventoux. Linda Field and Chris will provide you over the days, lovely breakfast, pick nick, and at least a three courses dinner every evening.

Prices are including your stay, breakfast, lunches, tastings, food lectures, dinners, transport and taxes.
IMPORTANT : You must form yourself a group of 6 people. Example: 6 wines and food friends or 3 couples, so we can occupy the B&B in total.
