Nose: dried raisins, dates, honey, oriental feeling
Mouth; Corressponds with the nose , but medium weight body and surpringsingly fresh accidity
Thickness: Complex nose, fresh mouth feel, medium to long finish.
Comment: Who tells you , white wine does not keep? Here is proof. on a Tangine with Couscous, dried raisins , dates, curry and fish. Or young goat cheese, combined with honey, figues and smoked ham; 2002 was not a great year in red but good for whites, because we harvested the whites befor the rain came in 2002.
